2. Screws: Please note the solid screws on the side, which are different from the rubber cover of other ordinary walkie-talkies. This design provides the best solution for waterproof and dustproof functions. If you use headphones, please don’t worry about the waterproof effect, because the waterproof core is not the waterproof plastic cover on the surface, but a thick elastic sealing ring.
Yellow label: Intimate design! You can write your name in case your partner takes the wrong walkie-talkie.
- Left side of the button: The button is designed with softness, about 1.5 mm thick, and 2 custom shortcut keys can meet the functions you need. The PTT (push-to-talk) frame of RT8 adopts a double-layer design, and the soft rubber button in the middle can better achieve waterproof effect.
- Design: The decorative stitching on the side extends all the way to the other side. Can you imagine whether our engineers used to be fashion designers? @. @ Because we hope that each product has its own style.
- Back: The simple design effectively maintains waterproof function, and I need to remind you not to frequently disassemble it to ensure waterproof performance. However, for outdoor users, there is a convenience that you can directly use the wire for charging, but it is recommended to use it only occasionally.
Kind reminder: The voltage range is 7.4-8.2 volts. - Keyboard: The keyboard layout of RT8 is the same as that of RT3, but the keys are wider and feel better.
- Button: The white label can indicate the position that needs to be turned, so that you can adjust to the appropriate volume.
- Waterproof and dustproof cover: The sturdy screws ensure better waterproof function.
- Battery clasp: With an upward opening design, you can easily open the battery without worrying about damaging your nails anymore. Have you ever encountered a similar problem before? Now, our engineers have resolved this issue for you.
- Battery capacity: 7.4V, 2200mAh, which can fully meet your needs.
- The old design cannot achieve the best waterproof effect, so we increased the cost. The battery design of RT8 adds a sealing ring, a sealing ring at the battery contact part, and a sealing ring between the cooling plate and the shell. You may think that the sealing ring is not expensive, but you need to understand the quality of the mold and the difficulty of the process. Because when the mold is formed, the material may have errors due to extrusion.
- Antenna interface: The antenna connector is a critical component used to connect the antenna to the device, ensuring that RF signals are transmitted with minimal signal loss, impedance mismatch, and discontinuity. Antenna connectors typically consist of a male and a female connector, which are electrically connected through a central pin and an outer conductor. Common types of antenna connectors include SMA, RP-SMA, N-type, TNC, FME, etc. Each connector has its unique electrical and physical characteristics, suitable for different frequency ranges and application scenarios.

- Inside the RT8:

16. The panel screen, keyboard and speaker are combined with the LCD printed circuit board through plastic sealing to form a perfect waterproof keyboard.
17. Keyboard: Adopt micro-touch membrane keyboard with neat layout. The microphone is covered with sealed plastic and coated with waterproof glue. Our RT8 will never reduce materials to save costs.

19.Back Radiating Plate: In the design of RT8, the role of the back radiating plate may be to protect the internal components by dissipating heat, and it may also be combined with a radiant heat dissipation design to improve the stability of the device when it is used at high power or for a long time.
20. Two screws are designed in the middle of the PTT (Push-to-Talk) button to better fix the PTT button and ensure that it is more stable during use. This design can effectively avoid functional failure caused by loose buttons and improve the durability and reliability of the device.

- IP67 waterproof test is about to begin! According to the IP67 standard, the RT8 walkie-talkie will be subjected to the following test conditions:
Test time: 30 minutes
Water depth: 1 meter
The IP67 rating means that the device is completely dustproof and can be immersed in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes without damage. The RT8 is designed with waterproof glue and sealing structure to ensure good waterproof performance during the test.
